The official social network of film students.

    Thanks to our new users for all the comments! We’re fixing some weaknesses and adding new features, and easier signup. That’s right, more schools will be available after this. We want EVERY film student to have the most possible access to resources, and we’re working hard to make that happen for you.

    It seems the best way to keep up with us is on Twitter – so if you aren’t already following us, you can find us here.

    As always, feel free to post comments or contact us if you have anything that you’d like to say!

    The time has come to sing all of the weird FSDB songs we know you have been writing throughout all of 2009. This website now exists! And you can use it. If you are an elite member of the world of film schools who hand out email addresses to their students. We have just launched public beta.

    These schools are already signed up:
    * New York University
    * University of Southern California
    * University of California, Los Angeles
    * Brooks Institute of Photography
    * Art Center College of Design, Pasadena
    * University of California, Santa Cruz
    * California State University, Northridge
    * University of Rhode Island
    * Columbia University
    * University of Nevada, Las Vegas
    * Five Towns College
    * San Francisco State University
    * Lars Kaggskolan Media Program

    Go to the New School Request page to tell us about your school, so we can add it.
